材质Materials:
- 部件为脱氧实心钢或由316不锈钢棒料机加工制成。
- 不锈钢滚珠、定位环和制动弹簧均为不锈钢以确保最大程度的防锈，延长使用
寿命。
- 钢制部件电镀使用符合ROHS的三价铬
- 高强度钢制翼型螺母外壳利用螺纹实现连接和断开操作。
- 316不锈钢软管接头连接螺纹经涂层处理，以防止连接和断开操作中的磨损。
- 1?” 和 1?”316不锈钢接头配有六角螺母型连接套管。
密封件Seal Components:
- 标配丁腈橡胶，温度范围为-40°F 至 +250°F (-40°C至+121°C)
- 聚四氟乙烯抗挤压挡圈保护主接头O形圈免受动态冲压损伤。
- 主阀门密封件为封装，以提增压条件下连接和断开操作是阀门的密闭性。
- 防井喷（BOP）接头含防火级Viton?密封件，经劳氏船级社测试证明符合API 16D标准可经受 700°C（1300°F）高温（证书编号NAO 0601041/1）。
